EXCLUSIVE . Footage obtained by Fox News this week shows that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is allowing buses carrying Chinese nationals to travel into the United States.
In Brownsville, Texas, two buses full of immigrants were donated to an NGO. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sources told Fox that they were being released with notices because there were too many checkpoints and no room to accommodate them.
Immigrants released from the NTA receive court hearings on their immigration cases, which can take four to seven years to complete.
